Welcome to the Shilam, where authentic dishes from the southern Indian subcontinent are served by friendly staff in a sophisticated dining environment.

First opened in Mid Wales in 1979 the Shilam has developed into a highly successful business with an excellent reputation for the finest Indian cuisine. In 2003 the Shilam opened its restaurant in Aberystwyth, thus offering a special dining experience from the Montgomeryshire hills to the Ceredigion coast.
